PFT in the rain. Not a good idea at all.

Run: 26:17 (Mile 1 was dry miles 2 and 3 the sky poured) Even if I could take of 30 seconds off for the rain for the whole thing or 30 seconds for miles 2 and mile 3, I'd still be 8, 4, or 2 points shy of where I need to be. So close. Can I please stop failing?
