First video I chose to post demonstrates narrow stance squats using the smith machine. Legs are often over looked by many. This is unwise due to the fact that working on building up the strength in your lower body, will add to the total strength in other muscle groups. To perform the following exercise, place your feet inside of your shoulder width. The stronger you get as well as the more comfortable you feel with executing each rep, bring your closer together. The placement of your feet brings more emphasis on your quadriceps. It's another way to target certain muscle groups on your legs. Start without or with low weight until you have maintained solid form. Let me know how did!!!
